i got a new phone and put my phone backup in my new phone but when i put in my password it said it was incorect! i lost all my photos

Sadly like everyone else my password does not work after a restore. All photos lost! Save your money!

I lost all of my photos. It wont let me log in when I never changed the pass code and this app also screwed over my boyfriend by saying that there are photos yet there are none to click on. DO NOT BUY IT.

Cant get back in. Lost all photos and notes. :( awful!!

Also upgraded 2 iPhone 5 & locked out & lost so many special photos & copies of txts. Do not waste your $ bcuz they cant even help u fix the problem!! Wouldnt even give them 1 star but am forced 2 to submit this review.

do I got some vids/pics that I cant afford for grandma to stumble upon when shes lookin through my phone. This app is amazing with its discreetness and security. If your gf asks whats in ur password secured app, you can type a certain password for your "dummy folder". And then theres your real password to all the media youre keeping hidden. You can have option for app to take a pic of anyone who gets ur phone and tries to get into your app (when they incorrectly type the password). Almost jail broke my iPhone for this functionality, glad I didnt have to anymore!

Updated to i5 and upon restoration of phone went to added pix... Entered pw "Access Denied"... Tried 0000, 1111, 2222 etc. to no avail... App Support links to dead page... 2 1/2 yrs of nbers, pix & vids effectively gone unless devs wanna chime in on fix I see now Im not the only one thats experienced this problem

Dont download this app, I have updated my phone iOS and did an iCloud restore , then the app stopped accepting my previous passwords and didnt event give me the chance of creating new one, lost all photos and videos which were stored there

I agree with what people have been saying about photo clipping but i am also curious about maximum allocated space for the pro version? why? I would also really appreciate an auto rotate feature. videos open in vertical orientation as well has horizontal photos. otherwise this is the best of these apps i have used. these werent working but apparently i was wrong and i have them all working

It has some amazing security features like the fake password which I use all the time. The interface is a little 90s though.

There are some serious bugs with this app. 1. It wont make calls from the app. even though it says you can. 2. if you reset your phone and restore from the cloud your password might not work 3. If you reset your phone and restore from the cloud it shows that it has pics/videos in the folder, but it wont show it.

You should be able to change the name of the folder name and put actual apps into the folder to make it look convincing

Their is no way to save your info. The app wouldnt open, so I had to erase it and lost all info. This is the second time this happen (deleted).

Did a restore from old phone to new phone and is now a dead app wont let me reset the password and my password did not work

I dislike this app because it changes the appearance of you photos when importing them - cutting off parts of your photo. If thats not bad enough, it then prompts you to go delete your photos from your camera roll "ensuring you" that you can later reimport those same photos back into your camera roll. Be aware this is not the case. I just lost about 40 photos and when reimported back to camera roll it was not the original - instead their resized images. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!!!!!!!!!

It is good until you upgrade to iOS 7 then the app is pointless of its title The Hidden App. Maybe on older iPhones or iOS it would be ok, but if you delete the app and try to reinstall it, all your saved files are gone.
