Developers website no longer there. Does not save data after restore nor does it remember your existing password and it will not allow you to create a new one.

After doing the iOS 7 update this app locks you out and you have no access to whatever you have saved. I even gone back and tried to restore with no lock. Do not buy this app if you actually want to save anything you store inside it.

Upgraded my phone and had files in this app and cant even login to app on my new phone and cant even find out how to contact provider.

You lose your pics when you update the app, developer completely ignores request for help, suggest you dont purchase any apps from this source.

I recently updated to iOS7 and had to restore my phone. All of my folders are still there, but when I open them, I can scroll through them but theyre empty even though it says that there are pictures there.

Great except if you get a new phone your password wont work. No access to files.

Iv had this app for a long time, worked great, loved the app. After the most recent phone update my password, that has never been changed, does not work anymore. All thoes hidden pics and vids are all tucked safely in this app, so safe, i cant even see em!

I use this on my iPad and after getting a new one, my password was changed and now my pics are locked up.

Upgraded from 4S to 5C and now the app says access denied. Does anyone have a number or email for technical support?

The app runs well but when you update your phone you lose all your photos. I recently purchased a 5S & now I cant even open the app because my password is "incorrect" but Ive had the same password for years. When functioning regularly the app has no glitches so this is a real bummer.

With the options it provides, its the best for my taste, and Im picky.

Switched to iPhone 5s now app wont accept password. Glitch needs fixed !!!!!

I had the same problem about losing my pics. When I had my iPhone 4s it was great but then I got the Galaxy3 and wouldnt let me get all the pics I had in the folder. So I lost all the other pics

Just updated to iPhone 6S. All of my many apps transferred beautifully except this one - my password no longer works and I lost a ton of information stored there. The support link and “report a problem link” does not work. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!
